We would like to remind all residents that The Townes parking policy is still in effect and is enforced on a continuous basis. Parking on all streets, curbs, sidewalks and grass is prohibited at all times. As you know, the community has an insurance coverage for common areas in the community as well as certain coverage for the buildings.
