Please do not make requests to our vendors servicing property, In case of outside plumbing backup or water line break on your property after hours please call CSI Community Management Emergency number at 704-892-1660. If water pressure inside your home drops this is most likely the “water pressure relief valve” (PRV) located in your Garage, Home or Storage shed. This is the responsibility of the Homeowner, you must call a plumber. This is not covered by HOA. However the HOA has made an agreement with one of our vendors, JPS Plumbing for a discounted rate to have your PRV replaced the phone number is: (704)-648-8656.
