Welcome to the Townes at Old Stone Crossing Home Owners Association website. The Old Stone Crossing community is located in northeast Charlotte, NC, and we are a 400 resident town home community. This site is provided to the homeowners of our community for access to information regarding our neighborhood and the association. Residents, be sure to sign up for the HOA Mailing list using the form in the right sidebar. There is no login for the site, only a mailing list registration. Landscaping Update (April 2010) »

We wanted to provide you with a quick update of the landscaping work being done around property as spring is a busy time for landscaping. Providence Landscaping has just completed the 3rd application of fertilization and weed control to the entire property. They have also recently sprayed the trees for worms. This spring’s pine needle application is now complete and the seasonal flower planting will be complete in the next three weeks. The property is shaping up to look great for this summer!
