Welcome to the NEW Townes at Old Stone Crossing Home Owners Association website. The Old Stone Crossing community is located in northeast Charlotte, NC, and we are a 400 resident town home community. This site is provided to the homeowners of our community for access to information regarding our neighborhood and the association. Residents, be sure to sign up for the HOA Mailing list using the form in the right sidebar. There is no login for the site, only a mailing list registration. Parking Notice

Please make every effort to park in your designated area and not on the street or grass of the community. The Townes at Old Stone Crossing’s documents address parking via the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, Article IX. Should the practice of parking on the street, grass or sidewalk continue, the offending vehicles will be towed from the property at owner’s expense (the cost to recover vehicle is $120.00 plus $15/day storage). The Board may also invite the offending resident to a hearing at which time; fines of up to $100.00 per day may be imposed.

Providence Landscaping Group will start on Tuesday, Spetember 22. We need your help! Please make sure your yard is clear of tables, chairs, bikes, toys, etc…
