Maintenance Requests:
All maintenance requests must be reported promptly to CSI Community Management (CSI) at 1-704-892-1660. Please do not make requests to our vendors servicing property, In case of outside plumbing backup or water line break on your property after hours please call (CSI) at 1-704-892-1660.
For ARCHITECTUARL REQUEST (ARC), COMPLAINTS or VIOLATIONS please go to CSI Community Management website at: www.townesatoldstone@csiproperties.com
Parking issues are not considered emergency if your vehicle has been towed or booted please call Wheel Blockers at 704-606-4166 to remove boot or retrieve vehicle.
WATER ISSUES:
If water pressure inside your home drops this is most likely the “water pressure relief valve” located in your Garage, Home or Storage shed. This is the responsibility of the Homeowner, you must call a plumber. The Townes at Old Stone Crossing has made arrangements with a plumber to change the PVR valve an t discounted rate to change. The company is JPS Plumbing, their number is: (704) 648-8656. This is not covered by HOA.

Water Service Interruptions: Water service to the Townes at Old Stone Crossing is provided to all residents through their own "Private Meter" on Property and paid with their homeowners monthly assessments. If water service to your home has been interrupted, Please call CSI Community Management at number below. If you are leasing property please contact property owner or your leasing agent, CSI Community Management can only discuss this matter with homeowner.
Please do not attempt to Tamper with lockout devices, This would be considered thefts of services and carries a $250.00 charge and offenders being reported to CMPD for Investigation.
