Especially in the rear of yards of residents with pets or letting their pets roam neighbors property without leash, It is the homeowners responsibility to clean this area up and have pets on leash at all times. Our vendors are unable to perform landscaping service to these affected areas and costs have been escalating from vendor who cleans dog waste for community in common areas.
