Repairs and maintenance are happening continuously on property, however it is important that you report any exterior repairs needed to your property in a timely manner. Our vendors and contractors are on property doing repairs or maintenance by work order only from Hawthorne Management Company, and cannot respond to homeowners' requests directly. These requests must be reported to Hawthorne Management Company.  By reporting necessary repairs in a timely manner, we can avoid extra costs to the community for and damage that may be caused by unresolved maintenance issues.  Thank you for your cooperation.]]></description>

All remaining buildings will be completed by end of summer.  Homeowners will be notified 3-5 days in advance of their building being pressure washed to make sure any windows will be closed and items around the exterior of the house are removed.]]></description>
