					<description><![CDATA[<p>As you know, the community has an insurance coverage for common areas in the community as well as certain coverage for the buildings.  The Board of Directors is proud to announce that we have recently switched our policy to a new provider and have subsequentially lowered our annual premiums by a good amount while upping the policy coverage amount.  Given our history of claims, we feel this will result in annual savings!</p>
