Pressure Washing of exterior of buildings will begin at the Townes in the Spring, not all units and building need pressure washing, Only units that have visible green and heavy dirt will be done, this may result in Partial buildings, or only Fronts, Backs or sides being done, Please Close windows and move furn1ture away from building if you receive a notice. Pressure washing will continue on a as needed basis through out 2021.
Homeowners are responsible for dirty, dust and spiderwebs, all you need to do is use a hose with nozzle to spray off.
