We would like to remind all residents that The Townes parking policy is still in effect and is enforced on a continuous basis. Parking on all streets, curbs, sidewalks and grass is prohibited at all times. The various parking areas throughout the community (excluding large lots) are for guests of residents of The Townes and should not be used for regular use of homeowners additional vehicles. Overflow space is available at pool for homeowners’ vehicles.
Please make every effort to park in your designated area and not on the street or grass of the community. The Townes at Old Stone Crossing’s documents address parking via the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, Article IX. Should the practice of parking on the street, grass or sidewalk continue, the offending vehicles will be towed from the property at owner’s expense (the cost to recover vehicle is $120.00 plus $15/day storage). The Board may also invite the offending resident to a hearing at which time; fines of up to $100.00 per day may be imposed.
