The Board of Directors has recieved the resignation of Dena Hendry. This resignation has been submitted due to family reasons. Ms. Hendry has served this community from the Board of Directors since fall of 2009. The Board would like to thank Ms. Hendry for her service to this community.

Please make every effort to park in your designated area and not on the street or grass of the community. The Townes at Old Stone Crossing’s documents address parking via the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, Article IX. Should the practice of parking on the street, grass or sidewalk continue, the offending vehicles will be towed from the property at owner’s expense (the cost to recover vehicle is $120.00 plus $15/day storage). The Board may also invite the offending resident to a hearing at which time; fines of up to $100.00 per day may be imposed.
