As the holiday season gets under way, many people will be expecting guests.  Please make sure to instruct your guests to park in designated parking spaces in overflow lots.  Please instruct your guests not to park in front of other residents’ houses.  The Townes parking policy is still in effect and is enforced on a continuous basis.  Our parking regulations are in place as a safety factor and we appreciate your cooperation.

There will be a Budget Ratification on November 29, 2011, 6:00 pm at Back Creek Presbyterian Church. The 2012 budget is approved and adopted by the Board of Directors and shall be deemed ratified unless at the ratification, a majority of all the members

in the association rejects the budget. A quorum is not required. No other business will be conducted at the ratification.

The Townes community pool will be closing for the season September 19th at 7:00pm.  Please make sure to KEEP YOUR POOL FOB(s) for next year.  Replacement fobs are $25.00 each and should be acquired through Hawthorne Management Company.

I have lived in the neighborhood for the last seven years.  Since then I have witnessed many improvements in the Townes at Old Stone Crossing.  I would like to join the board of directors to continue the progress of making our neighborhood one of the best in Charlotte.

The Townes at Old Stone Crossing Homeowners Association annual meeting will be held on August 24, 2011 at 6:30 P.M. at Back Creek Presbyterian Church at 1821 Back Creek Church Road Charlotte, NC 28213. The meeting will be located in the Fellowship Hall, in the back of the Church, through the double white doors.  The purpose of this meeting is to elect members to fill two positions on the Board of Directors open due to term expiration and to transact any business that may properly come before the Association.
